  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup water

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together grated cabbage, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped spring onions, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder and water to form a thick batter.

Shape the batter into small balls and set aside.

Heat a little oil in a pan for shallow frying. Once the oil is hot, add the veg Manchurian balls and fry till they turn golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
